(Newcastle University).</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>In this workshop, the programme covers the skills and techniques that are required for mixing colours, executing washes, glazes and wet-in-wet.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>Identical images are painted in monochromatic, complimentary, and analogous colour schemes. This will then lead to the participant choosing an outside image and completing the necessary steps to  create an original watercolour painting.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>The workshop commences with participants arrival during the afternoon of the first day. Dinner is served and the group get to know each other over the meal. Breakfast is at 8.30 am on the next day and the workshop session commences with the artist at 9.30 am. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided and the formal workshop concludes for that day around 4.30 pm.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000></FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>A relaxed dinner follows that evening.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000></FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>The next day follows a similar format as watercolour painting progresses. The Workshop concludes with a glass of Champagne, a chat and an appraisal of work, concluding around 5pm. <BR>Participants say their farwells and make their way home.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000></FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#008000>Workshop cost is $395.00 per person. (single supplement $120.00 or bring your partner). Workshop includes accommodation, all food, (BYO drinks) and tuition. Some materials for some workshops are additional.
